Jerin Joy AKA Jerry Rubello

IIJF – International Institute of Jewellery Forensics Pvt Ltd was established on 26th June 2025, by Mr. Jerin Joy, a distinguished professional renowned for his integrity, expertise & knowledge as a Professional Gems & Jewelry Consultant, Educator & a Certified Corporate Trainer.

Mr. Jerin’s journey began unexpectedly as an Aeronautical Engineer before he transitioned his analytical skills and precision into the captivating world of Gems and Jewelry. He holds certifications as a Gemologist and an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP), building a 14-year career marked by technical depth and leadership.

Renju Titus

The path Renju took to become the Director and Head of Education at IIJF is a unique tapestry woven from commerce, compassion, and precious stones.

Her foundation began in Kerala, culminating in a Master’s in Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from Calicut University. But the classroom wasn’t her only calling. Driven by a passion for social impact, Renju spent time in service with a UK-based social service organization, dedicating her efforts to educational upliftment across India, notably in Bihar. This significant work earned official recognition with a certificate from former British Prime Minister Theresa May—a rare honor reflecting her commitment beyond academics.

After her marriage to Mr. Jerin Joy, Renju strategically channeled her sharp business mind into the world of jewels. She pursued elite credentials, mastering her craft with a Gemology Graduate certification from GII, Mumbai, and specialized courses like Diamond Essentials and Pearl Graduation from GIA, Mumbai.

Renju quickly became a force in the industry, serving as a Senior Gemology Faculty and actively working in the Gems and Jewellery Industry for the past six years. Her expertise is not just theoretical; it’s entrepreneurial. She is the Founder of Abalonea Jewels, a successful venture offering all kinds of fashion jewellery, giving her a vital pulse on current market trends.

Vishnu Prasad

With over 14 years of hands-on experience across manufacturing, retail, and global diamond trading, Vishnu bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world industry demands. As Co-founder and Senior Educator at IIJF, his mission is to empower the next generation of jewelry professionals with market-tested expertise.

Academic Foundation & Early Career

Vishnu’s expertise is rooted in a BBA in Jewellery Management from Manipal University and an MBA in Marketing. Also he is a Graduate Gemologist from GIA. This strong foundation led to his first major role as an Assistant Production Manager at Caratlane.

Industry Leadership & Entrepreneurship

Over the last decade and a half, Vishnu has mastered every facet of the trade. His retail journey took him from the floor as a Sales Executive to the leadership roles of Showroom Manager and Chief Gemologist. As a GIA-certified Graduate Gemologist with 14+ years in diamond and gemstone trading.

Education & Digital Influence

Driven by a passion for mentorship, Vishnu first taught Jewellery Designing under the Central Government’s ASAP program. Pivoting fully to the education sector in 2025, he has since led specialized training for major corporate jewelry brands and served as a guest lecturer at several prominent institutes. Beyond the classroom, he connects with a broad audience as a recognized industry influencer, hosting the popular social media channel, “Gems Talk With Vishnu.”
